Combat Off Road Lifetime Guarantee
Combat Off Road provides a limited lifetime warranty on most of our products to the original retail purchaser of that product. If one of our products breaks, we will provide a replacement part to you. In the event of a defective product, Combat Off Road may request a return of the defective product so the quality team can analyze the nature of the defect.
Warranty does not apply to damage caused by installation error or inappropriate use. Damage caused to wiring harnesses due to inappropriate location of the resistor is not covered under warranty.
Warranty does not apply to discontinued, clearance or outlet products. Wearable components including, but not limited to, shocks, ball joints, heim joints, bushings, and steering extensions, are covered for up to 1-year. The Under Cover Sun Shades are covered by a 5 year warranty against defects in material or craftmanship. Clothing, hats and other similar merchandise is exempt from any warranty or guarantee.
Labor, installation, shipping, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. Any labour charges associated with the installation of the replacement parts are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a warranty claim, please email info@combat-offroad.com with details including your contact information, purchase details and explanation of the problem you’re experiencing. Please include pictures where possible - this will help us determine a course of action.
Return Policy:
If you place an order with Combat Off Road directly from www.combat-offroad.com, there is a 30 day return policy if the product is uninstalled, in the original packaging and in resellable condition. Refunds on returns will be issued AFTER the product/packaging is inspected for condition.

Modifying or otherwise altering vehicle components may cause the vehicle to handle differently than originally designed. The installation of aftermarket electronic components may create conflicts with existing OEM parts or other installed aftermarket parts. It is the driver’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the performance and handling characteristics of the modified vehicle. Vehicles with larger diameter than stock tires must be driven carefully and cannot be expected to perform as stock or meet OEM performance with regard to handling, braking or crash performance. Ensure all replacement components are compatible with vehicle capacities so as not to overload components, especially tires. It is up to the individual to ensure that the vehicle and all components are compatible with the intended vehicle use, including load ratings, road conditions, and driver abilities. Thorough and frequent vehicle inspections are recommended to ensure a safe and reliable state of readiness, especially after off-highway use.
